Letting is from Saturday to Saturday. Between Easter and the end of September, bookings are normally for full weeks only, although late booked short stays may be possible. Please enquire accordingly.
Full weeks from between £235-£265 per week for 2008.
Short breaks when available £41.00 per night 2008, minimum of 2 nights
Weekend £100.00 2008
Prices are fully inclusive, with linen and towels also being provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Herb Cottage is situated to the rear of our own cottage, some 25 metres distance, and thus is in a very secluded position and one aspect of the cottage overlooks open farmland.
A tastefully converted cart barn with beamed vaulted ceiling; furnished to a very high standard in traditional country style. Herb Cottage is a self-catering holiday let sleeping two people in a double bed, providing a well-equipped hand-built kitchen, seating area with two-seater settee & dining area. TVDVD with Freeview, CD & radio.There is under floor heating throughout the cottage. A shower room with electric shower, W.C, hand basin, shaver point and heated towel rail.
For those that like to sit outside and relax there is a west facing patio area with a bistro table and chairs, a chiminea for use as a barbeque or outside heater, with a further garden area overlooking open countryside and the wide Norfolk sky. There is private off-road parking next to the cottage.
We regret that for the respect of our other guests we have a 'No Smoking' policy in the cottage.

Gunthorpe is set in a conservation village in a valley close to the North Norfolk coast, said by some to be like 'Brigadoon' as it is so peaceful.
Having no streetlights in the village has resulted in many people remarking on the beauty of the starlit sky.
We are proud to boast that we have no Pub, no shop and no post office, which all adds to the sense of tranquility that can be found in this small rural community. However there is a petrol station approx 1 mile distance which has a combined mini-market, newsagent and post office which caters for most everyday needs.
Be part of your own 'Springwatch'. We have now fitted a camera system that sends both sound and image from 3 nestboxes close to Herb Cottage direct to the TV in Herb Cottage.
A feeding station has been set up outside of the picture windows of Herb Cottage.You can enjoy close views of the birds taking advantage of a free meal whilst they forage along the hedge line whilst you sit in comfort enjoying a cup of tea or a glass of wine. You never know they could be watching you!
Why not try something different whilst visiting us? We have a moth trap, which you are welcome to use, or watch being used, in our garden. This does not harm the moths in any way as it attracts them using a mercury vapour light. You will be amazed by the variety and beauty of the moths you will see! We have now recorded over 420 species. This includes 9 species of Hawkmoth, including Small Elephant, Hummingbird and Convolvulus.
A Hedgehog Nestbox has now ben placed under our log pile close to Herb Cottage. With any luck we may be have a female Hedgehog take up occupancy to have her young this Spring.
