Gresham Villa, Holt, sleeps between 5 and 12 people and benefits from good room sizes. Only a few minutes walk from the brilliant cafes, antiques shops, food stores boutiques of fashionable Holt. And Holt is only a short drive from the great beaches, sailing, golfing and birdwatching paradises of Blakeney, Cley, Salthouse, Sheringham etc - with Wells, Holkham, the Burnhams and Brancaster all just 15-30 minutes away
Gresham Villa is a spacious period family house in Holt with 5 bedrooms, dining room which seats 810, large sitting room, breakfast room with Aga, kitchen, utility room, good-sized hall & landing play area, 3 bathrooms 1 x family bathroom, 2 x ensuite showerbathrooms. High ceilings and very good room sizes. Bedroom 1 is in a quiet side annex and sleeps up to 4 = double bed + bunk beds with ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 2 = double bed; Bedroom 3 = double bed with ensuite shower and loo; Bedroom 4 = 1 x single bed Bedroom 5 = 1 x single bed.
Large Flat screen TVdvd, second tvvideo, hi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, Aga may be switched off in Summer & electric cooker. Cupboard of childrens' toys and lots of childrens' books.
Long sunny south-facing rear garden with good outside eating area and BBQ. Front-drive parking for up to 4 cars.
Your beds will be made up ready for your arrival and towels provided too. Our cleaner will also come on Monday. All bills eg heating, hot water included in the rental price. Arrivals after 2pm, departures by 10am.
We have written and leave in the house a local secrets' guide to help you find the very best of North Norfolk - including local pubs, golf courses, boat trips, bike rides, churches, cafes, food & wine shops and other information. Bicycles, crab fishing gear and life jackets can also be borrowed at small extra deposit!
Gresham Villa, Holt is available to rent throughout all school holidays and long half terms only. Dogs allowed. Do call or email for more information or to rent our North Norfolk house.
