ACCOMMODATION
Stable Cottage has three sumptuous bedrooms with shining contemporary ensuite bathrooms, oak floors and stairway. All the rooms have huge beds, beautiful linen, fabulous décor and lighting, plus a computer with Internet access and a gorgeous private flint walled garden with its own luxury hot tub.
The sumptuous lounge has 2 leather sofas and a coveted 'love seat', a computer and desk, the computer is connected to broadband at no additional cost and there is also Wifi available throughout the cottage and walled garden. There is a remote real flame gas fire with bespoke stone fire place, surround sound stereo system, DVD and 42 inch Plasma TV with full Sky package.
OUTSIDE
The patio doors offer a panoramic view of the spectacular secluded south facing walled garden, with luxury patio furniture, hot tub and outside shower for the brave!. The luxury hot tub, which is set within a thatched canopy is automatically heated to a perfect 38 degrees 24 hours a day, allowing you to enjoy at any time an indulgent bubbly massage and let your stresses just fade away.
The mature garden has a Mediterranean flavour and has been carefully designed to extend the indulgent experience, which includes the gas BBQ and automatic designer lighting for evening 'al fresco' dining and entertaining.
At the end of the walled garden there is a small 'children's Den Room' with easy access, equipped with a sofa, PS2 Playstation, TV, video and DVD player, football table and various games. There is also an outdoor table tennis table for the more energetic guests.
WELCOME PACK
We provide you with a gourmet 'welcome pack' on your arrival, which includes complimentary wine, our famous local sausage and dry cured bacon, free range eggs plus scrummy home made bread and cakes of a very high standard.
We have a non-smoking policy throughout and we welcome children over 5 years, but pets are not allowed in the property, accept guide dogs.

HOME MADE COOKED BREAKFAST OPTION
Add a little bit more luxury, you can enjoy our famous Aga full English breakfast, which is prepared and cooked for you and served in your cottage at an agreed time. There is a small charge applicable, please ask for details.
STABLE COTTAGE FACILITIES
Stable Cottage near the coast in East Runton was originally converted in 1985 from the stable belonging to Incleborough House. In March 2008 it was tastefully updated into a high quality luxury retreat for 6 people ideal for a Sheringham or Cromer luxury break at the weekend or anytime. There is a 9-foot high 'crinkle-crankle' flint wall, which is now grade II listed, which encloses the beautiful south facing rear garden containing the luxurious hot tub.
On arrival there is a gated private gravel driveway catering for up to five cars. The oak floored entrance hall leads to the luxury equipped kitchen diner, a cloakroom, a sumptuous lounge and ground floor luxury bedroom. An oak stairway leads to the first floor where there is a large bedroom, with a 6-foot bed with a luxury pocket sprung mattress, a luxury shower room and a twin bedded room with an en-suite bathroom. The ground floor bedroom is filled with bespoke oak furniture and has a 6-foot bed with a luxury pocket sprung mattress, which can be unzipped to make twin beds. All three luxurious bedrooms have hair dryers, a LCD television with DVD player, sky and its own luxury surround sound stereo system.
All with luxury bathrooms are filled with Gilchrist & Soames toiletries, very snugly bathrobes and towels, complimentary slippers and boast under floor warming, Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware and power showers, the 2 ensuites have Tilevision TV's embedded in the wall above the baths. |
