Eastcote Cottage is a delightful detached flint barn, in the heart of the Norfolk countryside, only 3 miles inland from the coast at Blakeney. It has been recently converted to accommodation, and all improvement work has been carried to a high standard.Quality tennis court recently installed,available by arrangment.
The cottage has its own fenced garden, looking out over meadows and farmland, and enjoys complete privacy from the owners property.

KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA - Eastcote Cottage has a spacious kitchen and living area with French doors opening onto the fenced garden, with a large patio, barbecue and garden furniture. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, with dining table and chairs. The adjacent living area has comfortable seating with TV, video,DVD and mini Hi-Fi with CD player.
There is a woodburning stove with wood supplied for cooler evenings and winter holidays. There is also full underfloor central heating throughout the cottage.
BEDROOMS - There are two comfortable bedrooms, one double with ensuite shower room, and a twin room. There is a separate bathroom and WC. A cot & Z-bed are also available.
LAUNDRY
Linen and towels provided and there is a washing machinetumble drier combination for your own laundry.
