'Candlemas' in coastal village

'Candlemas' is a very comfortable and spacious single story dwelling - named Candlemas as the owner was a candle maker for many years. Kitchen area has hob and double ovens, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and extra loo. Dining area with 8' pine table, seating 8. spare table for extras. Oil central heating if weather gets chilly. Furnished for comfort with ample and comfortable seating areas in sitting room that faces south with large patio windows and door overlooking heated outdoor swimming pool and garden. t.v. dvd. Gazebo on patio with outside table. Heated outdoor swimming pool, 20' x 11' x 4' deep - no deep end. Two large fish ponds and filtration systems containing koi but due to pools, please note that while children are very welcome, the owners cannot be responsible for any accidents - parents to be responsible for their children at all times.

Bedroom one. Double bedroom with ensuite shower, basin and loo. Flexible bed arrangement - twin beds that pushed together form kingsized bed, made up ready for you- Bedroom two having three single beds - two forming kingsized bed - please inform of your selection. Bedroom three has double bed. Fourth bedroom is small with a single bed. There is a futon if the arrangements don't suit, and the sofas are very big and very comfy if needed to sleep on.
There is also a large garden room by the pool with 3 single beds, comfy chairs and kitchenette area, loo and shower - however not recommended for sleeping in winter. Skinny dipping in pool an option, as garden totally private and very peaceful. Sorry, we don't provide cots etc. as we feel it is best for safety reasons that baby has his-her own.

Heacham village boasts two beaches and comprehensive shops, takeaways, restaurants, pubs etc. and is an ideal location to set out from for holiday pursuits. Near to Sandringham. the Queen's Norfolk home, and Hunstanton with Seaworld, and many other excitements to explore. We also have Heacham Lavender shop and distillery nearby - a must to visit if you like the perfume - lots of purple fields. We are also on the flight path for the thousands of pink-footed geese flying overhead morning and evening in the winter months - a wonderful sight.

Hand and bath towels are provided, but please bring swimming and beach towels. All beds made up - please advise whether twin beds or kingsized are required.

Changeover is Saturday, arriving at 3.30 p.m. depart at 10 a.m.

This is a non-smoking house, so visitors are asked to smoke outside.

Altogether a most comfortable, attractive and worthwhile holiday home. NOTE: You don't have to have a large party to enjoy this home - we book it out for two people only as well!
