BROKERAGE
If you wish to sell your boat, we may be able to help. For 10% commission your boat can be stored in our compound and advertised on our sales board and on this website (see current boats for sale). For a small retainer, your boat can also be displayed on several other sites that specify in boat sales (see boats-for-sale.com).
We also keep a list of people who are looking for particular vessels in case a matching boat comes in.
REPAIRS
Damage to vessels is a way of life, especially if you race. We can undergo any repairs that your boat requires. This includes polyester / fibre-glass sheathing, gel-coat repairs and polishing, anti-fouling, refitting or debugging electrics and electronics, engine repair and propeller restoration. Indeed we can have a propeller restored for approximately half the cost of a new one.
All repairs are accurately priced before work begins, and completed to the highest standards possible.
RESTORATIONS
With many years experience in working on all types of vessel, we are able to offer complete restoration or refitting to either original or revised specifications. Over the last few years we have dealt with all-sorts - new decks, replacement engines, interior refitting, electronics installation, hull removal and restoration…
SERVICING
A years worth of use can take your vessel off peak performance. We specialise in servicing vessels so that they remain at their best. Common tasks include, GRP polishing, painting and varnishing, rigging inspection, seal replacement and trailer servicing.
CHANDLERY
Although we are not specifically a chandlery, we are able to obtain any nautical components or products that you may require. As we are not a shopfront, these products can often be considerably cheaper than elsewhere.
DELIVERY
We are also able to handle boat collection and delivery to and from moorings in North Norfolk. If your vessel has its own trailer, we can extend to deliver to anywhere in East Anglia.
MOORINGS
For those who desire to keep their boats in the Blakeney Pit, we have a number of moorings available for seasonal rent, some shallow water and some deep. |
