In addition to the well stocked village shop and 17th Century pub The Gin Trap, Ringstead offers fabulous walks right on the doorstep - along Peddar's Way, round Lord Melchett's organic farm - Courtyard Farm, or through Ringstead Downs.
In the next door village at Sedgeford there is a fabulous indoor tennis facility and gym offering Summer holiday sports programmes for children, sailing courses and boat hire at Brancaster and shopping at Burnham Deepdale and Burnham Market. Fabulous choice of quality pubs in all surrounding villages, many of which are dog-friendly too.

KITCHEN: Newly fitted and well equipped with double electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine.
BEDROOM 2: Twin beds, bedside table, lamp and wardrobe, black out blinds.
Stairs are not steep and there is a banister.
FIRST FLOOR
BEDROOM 1: Large room with a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe, black out blinds.
BATHROOM: Bath with shower mixer taps, hand basin, heated towel rail, WC and airing cupboard.

The cottage has its own fully enclosed, attractive, lawned garden set in an idyllic, peaceful location. Garden furniture. Plenty of off-road parking.
