The house has been newly decorated and equipped, and is in a quiet location within walking distance of quay, shops, cafes etc. There is off-road parking and a garage. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a room with two singles and a third bedroom with a single bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, downstairs cloakroom and lounge-diner which has French doors opening on to a walled south facing garden.
