Ground floor accommodation. Open plan living and kitchen area with well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedroom with kingsize bed and 2nd smaller bedroom with double. Allocated parking and private outside seating area which nicely catches the evening sun. Beautiful shared gardens and use of private tennis court. Quiet and pretty location. Ideally suitable for one couple but can sleep 2 couples. Children not specifically catered for but can be considered if well-behaved. Sorry no pets and no smoking.
Binham village has a beautiful, ruined priory and a great pub, which brews its own ale and offers a tasty homecooked menu. This charming barn is an ideal base for exploring the picturesque North Norfolk coast.
