Burnham Market
Burnham Market situated close to the North Norfolk coast and is the largest of the seven Burnham villages. Burnham Market has at its centre a large village green surrounded by some fine houses shops and other buildings.
Burnham Market is a thriving village and supports several shops, pubs, galleries, antique shops and restaurants, and retains many village services including a bank, health centre and doctors surgery, dentist and post office.
It is a popular village with holidaymakers and visitors to North Norfolk, and you can happily spend an afternoon browsing the local shops.
Fromm the end of November the village is beautifully lit with Christmas lights

A wonderful, tastefully decorated, 19th century flint cottage ideally situated on a quiet road behind the village green. Excellent access to the village centre, restuarants and shops within 2 minutes. Private garden.

Well appointed cottage with all modern conveniences refurbished in May 2008. New kitchen with halogen hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge freezer. Huge batterie of kitchen equipment incl casserole dishes, scales, blender etc Large table seats 6. Highchair provided.
Wood burning stove and electric radiators thermostatically controlled - Not storage heaters. Flat screen tv in living room 26inch and main bedroom 19inch - Dvd players and HD Free Sat with both. CD and mini disc player in living room. Some wood provided.
Kingsize bed in main room, full size twin beds in other room. Eygptian cotton sheets on duvets and towels provided in both rooms - bring your own beach towels. Travel cot available on request.
New bathroom with high power thermostatically controlled shower - over bath, basin and toilet. Mixer taps on basin and bath. Additional separate toilet.
Some books, games, dvds etc provided and even an umbrella. Garden directly to rear of house, flower beds and a large patio area. Chairs, table and barbeque provided.
Parking is easily found on the road outside the cottage. Babysitter can be arranged payable locally.
The cottage was available from the end of June and has been fully booked all the way through its first summer through till mid-October!!
Change over day is Friday. No smoking inside the cottage. Damage deposit required. Booking terms and conditions on website.
