This friendly pub in the picturesque village of Hunworth has much to offer visitors and locals.
There is a large car park at the rear of the pub, a children's play area, an aviary, and animal enclosure. There is a secluded garden area and in the summer it is a lovely place to eat and sit out.
Inside there is a comfortable bar with a cosy stove always alight in the winter. Real ales are served straight from the cask, and a selection of wines and spirits are available.
The Hunworth Bell has an extensive menu of home cooked food with dishes for vegetarians, and there is also a children's menu. There are steak and fish specials from the grill.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT IS STEAK NIGHT at the Hunny Bell. A 16oz steak with all the trimmings is only £5-95!!
This is understandably popular and booking is recommended.
There is a non smoking restaurant area, and a converted barn at the rear for family dining.
Occasional music and entertainment events are held in the barn - see below or contact the pub for details.
The pub also has a cricket team which plays in the local 20 over league - with some memorable successes over other local pub teams!!
