The accommodation comprises two bedrooms upstairs, both are furnished to a very high standard. One has a 5ft king size double bed. The other has a luxurious 6ft Superking bed, which can be changed to two 3ft twin beds if you so wish.  Both rooms have their own staircase and offer complete privacy with modern high quality ensuite facilities. More details are on my web site. Television and drinks facilities are provided. and the rooms are centrally heated. Downstairs there is a comfortable sitting room, private to guests, and a dining room where there are additional drink making facilities so that guests can relax in the sitting room with a drink.  While singles and couples travelling alone are of course welcome, the accommodation is ideal for two couples travelling together or wishing to meet up, as they have access to two rooms to meet and socialize with their friends other than in their bedroom. As you have your own front door and key you can come and go as you please. Breakfast is included, which I can provide to suit your needs, from Full English, to something lighter.  Only the best and healthiest ingredients are used. There is private parking space for your car opposite the house, and a patio garden in which you may relax at the end of a busy day. The accommodation is well located for bird watchers as Wells lies between the bird reserves at Cley and Titchwell and is within access of those at Snetisham and Welney.It is also perfect for walkers as there are many walks nearby, including Peddars Way and the Norfolk Coast Path which passes near the cottage.  This walk is well worth undertaking as it passes through marsh edge, sandy beaches and pine woods.
